🚚 Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Orders (within Pakistan): 3–7 business days.

    • International orders: 10–20 business days, depending on destination.

  • Shipping Charges: Delivery charges vary based on location and order weight. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email.

🔄 Returns & Exchange Policy

          At ScentnSkin, customer satisfaction is our top priority. For hygiene and safety reasons, returns and exchanges are only                  applicable if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective, or an incorrect item was delivered.

        Conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please share your order number and product photos with our support team.

  • Refunds are issued as store credit or replacement only. Cash refunds are not applicable.
